iPhoneの充電に使っていたケーブルに触れて感電し、就寝中だった10代の女性が亡くなる事故が
ベトナムで起きました。Lightningケーブルにどんな問題があったのでしょうか。

■Lightningケーブルの被膜に破れ
この事故を報じたウェブサイト『Metro News』によると、被害者が使っていたLightningケーブルは
被膜が破れて中の電線が見える状態だったそうです。
別の箇所にはテープで補修した跡も見られた、とも伝えています

この被膜の破れが原因で、女性は中の電線に触れて感電したものと考えられています。

女性が使っていたLightningケーブル・充電アダプタがApple純正品なのかは不明です。
